August Favorites 2016 and My Instagram~!
Hey Guys~!
This is my first post in my university room~!! Yes, I'm now in college, and I'm really excited to start something new, in a new city. I'm not sure how often I'll be able to post, that will depend on my schedule (which I won't know till a few weeks of school have passed and I get used to everything.) Anyways today I'm sharing my favorites from the past month. So let's start~~!

I'd never tried this type of product for my brows before, but now I'm in love with it. It not only keeps my brows in place, but it also fills them in with one step.

I've tried this product in bolder colors, and now I finally have a more natural one. It's a pink toned nude, which I like. And I find it moisturizing too, which makes it super easy to wear.

July Favorites 2016~!
Hey Guys~!
Summer is almost-ish over, and that means I'll be going to school soon. To be honest, I've been having mixed feelings about going to school, so I've been trying to enjoy my vacation as much as possible. Today I have some fun things to share with you in my favorites. So let's start~~!

May Favorites 2016~!

I am back in America~!! Two days ago was my birthday~!! Yesterday was prom~!! And today I have my monthly favorites~!! I have some new things to share with y'all, as well as announcing my posting schedule. Before we get into the favorites, let me say that starting today, I'll be posting on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and either on Saturday or Sunday. Alright, that's all I have left to say, so let's start~~!

I ended up getting a bad sunburn while in China, and this worked so well at covering it up. It was a light texture, so it didn't irritate my skin. I talk about this product a lot, so I'm sorry if you are sick about hearing me praise this.

April Favorites 2016~!

I only have one month left here in China, which makes me really sad when I think about it. I've had an amazing time here, and I'm planning to come back here soon. Anyways, today I'll be sharing my monthly favorites, and this time it will include some makeup. Yes, I've been wearing makeup. I'll also include some snacks and skin care. So let's start~~!

Covergirl Eyeshadow Quad in Blush Nudes
Normally I don't wear very shimmery colors, but I've loved this quad recently. My usual look has been taking the white or pale pink in the inner corner, and then the brown on the outer lower lash line. This combination is eye enlarging, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder
It's insanely hot over here, so my skin does get a little shiny by the end of the day. So I started carrying this powder around in my bag, along with a brush, to touch up throughout the day. This has been extremely helpful for when I don't want to look oily when I have last minutes plans and no time to go home and get made up.
Skin Care
Mentholatum Acnes
I'm so happy to say that I can buy these in America, because I love them. I bought these at Watson's, the equivalent of a drugstore, and they were around $7 USD. Basically you put them over your pimples, and when they turn white you take them off. These really minimize the size of my spots, and they don't irritate my skin.
Snacks
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
I started missing American food, so I went to a foreign supermarket. This was so worth it. I've mainly eaten these with Belvita biscuits or apples for lunch. I don't really know what else to say about this, it's just saved my life.
Anime
Monster Musume
I started this recently, not sure why, and I can't stop watching it. I find it funny, and it's a change of pace for me, but I feel strange when admitting I've watched this. It's not a must see, but if you want something lighthearted, and don't mind fan-service, this is a good one to check out.

My Bad MAC Experience~!
Hey Guys~!
I have something different today, a story time post~! This is all about my first time shopping at MAC. I was at the mall a few months ago and I had a terrible experience at the MAC counter in my local Bloomingdale's. After I went online and read about other people's experiences with MAC, so I decided to share my story with you guys. Disclaimer, I am not bashing MAC as a company, I'm just saying that their customer service isn't good. So let's start~~!
The Bloomingdale's I went to, where the MAC counter is, is in a really rich part of town. Usually the people that work there are really nice and don't leap onto you, meaning they let you shop and when you approach them, they will help.
Okay, now let me set the scene. I have never owned anything from MAC before, but I saw this lipstick on Instagram and I wanted to see it in person. I don't remember the name, but it was a natural looking pink color.
So I walked over to the MAC counter, and I wasn't alone; I was with my cousin, and I began looking through the MAC lipsticks. I found the one I was looking for and I swatched it on the back of my hand, because I didn't want to put it on my lips since that's unsanitary because anyone could have tried it before me. My cousin and I were looking at that lipstick and I was beginning not to like it because there was glitter in it when a MAC employee approached us.
I don't remember her name, but let me just describe her for you. She had bleached blonde hair, in a messy top knot, a really orange spray tan, a dark smokey eye and nude lips. Also she was wearing sheer leggings and a see through, low cut tank top. Okay, I know you're not supposed to judge people based on how they look, but I have a firm belief that if I am buying clothes or makeup from a store, if I don't like what the employee is wearing, then I don't listen to their advice.
Back to the story~! I wasn't interested in the lipstick anymore, but the employee assured me that I could make it matte by applying powder over it. Before I could say anything, she applied the lipstick on me and took one of her DIRTY makeup brushes and heavily applied powder to my lips. I could taste the powder in my mouth, and both my cousin and I tried to get her to stop. However, the employee insisted that she wasn't finished and kept applying powder.
When she finally stopped, my lips just looked dry, crusty, and like I applied concealer over them. I wasn't happy at all with the lipstick or how I was being treated. I told the employee that I didn't like it and asked for some makeup remover to get it off.
And then the employee tells me, and I quote, "Well if you had a darker complexion, it would look better on you. You're so pale and unhealthy looking, if you wore bronzer then that lipstick would look better on you." Just re-read that. Can you imagine what my expression was when she said this to me~?
Was she expecting me to listen to her? Was she expecting me to still buy the product? Anyway I was so angry that I left the counter, without saying anything. And as my cousin and I walked away, the employee asked us, "Do you want me to ring you up at the register?"
And that's my MAC experience. Again, I'm not bashing the company, but I'm not the only person out there who's had a bad experience with them. I hope you guys enjoyed this little story time post~! February Favorites 2016~!

February has been insanely busy for me, finishing up school, finishing up my applications for college, and of course flying to China. This past month, I've just grown confident in my bare, makeup-less face. Except mascara is necessary. When I don't sleep well, it opens up my eyes. This mascara has been one of my favorites for a while, cause it does lengthen and volumize my lashes.

Too Faced Star Dust by Vegas Nay Palette Review~!
Hey Guys~!
I have arrived in China~!! I am currently in Shanghai, and I love the city. After posting my Ulta haul a few months ago, a lot of you were interested in seeing me review my newest palette, Start Dust from Too Faced. It is a collaboration that Too Faced did with Vegas Nay, and once I saw the colors I knew I had to check it out. Today I'll be reviewing this palette for you all, not the other pieces in the kit. January Favorites 2016~!

This month has been insanely busy for me, I've been packing for my semester abroad, taking my midyear exams, and sending out my college applications. Today I won't be thinking about any of that because today I'll be sharing my monthly favorites from January. A lot of these products are ones I've rediscovered when going through my makeup collection. So let's start~~!
This is an amazing under eye correcter. The color is a warm salmon tone, which is perfect for correcting blue hues. The formula is super light, so it feels like there is nothing under my eye when I wear it.

Since I've been trying so many new products, I have been using up a ton of different products. Today I'll be sharing some makeup, skin care, and hair care products that I've used up in the past few months. I will also include a mini review of each product in which I will say if I'd repurchase it or not. So let's start~~!
For the past few months, I have worn B.B. cream as my face makeup. This is my favorite one from the drugstore, it matches my skin tone and wears nicely. I wrote a review on it a long time ago, when I first started my blog, and since I have repurchased it twice.

Mini Ulta Haul~!

Today I have a super quick mini Ulta haul. I went there to get a few things, and I got some free samples, and if you guys want a review on anything I show, let me know in the comments below. So let's start~~!
First I got this lip liner from NYX. It is in the color Peekaboo Neutral, which I heard is a dupe for MAC Boldly Bare. I don't MAC so I decided to pick this up, since I've been looking for a natural pink lip liner.
