Prom Makeup Tutorial and O.O.T.D.~!
Hey Guys~!
A few nights ago I went to my prom~! It was super fun and I thought I would share my makeup as well as my dress with your guys. I really hope you guys like everything, seeing everything put together made me super happy. So let's start~~!
We'll start with my makeup. I went for a neutral toned smokey eye, which I never really wore before. Paired with it, I did a nude pink lipstick and a very simple face, with minimal contorting. Alright, now that you got the run down of the look I was going for, let me tell you how I did it.
For the face I started by priming with Maybelline Baby Skin Primer, focusing it on the center of my face. I applied my Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation with my Ecotools Flat Topped Brush. I covered my dark circles with a Covergirl concealer, which is discontinued. I did some light contouring with my NYC Sunny Bronzer and then I applied my Sleek Guipure Blush from the Lace Palette.
Onto the eyes~! I started by filling in my brows with my Anastasia Brow Wiz, using light flicking motions. Then I primed my eyes using my Elf Eyeshadow Primer.
First color I am using is Foxy, a pale yellow eyeshadow, from the Naked Basics palette and applying it over the lid to help the other shadows blend out. Next I'm taking the color Faint, a neutral toned medium brown, from the same palette and applying it over my crease, creating a sharp edge like this. Lightly blend the color through the crease and towards the lid.
Then I'll be using the color Crave, a matte black, from the same palette and apply it on the outer corner of the eye, inside the edge we made with the brown. I applied it lightly and blended it, so it wouldn't be super dark.
On the lid, I applied the color Sidecar, a shimmery brown, from the Naked Palette. I patted it onto the lid and then blended it into the black and brown.
In the inner corner, I applied the color Sin, a pink toned champagne, from the Naked Palette. I blended it in towards the lid, but not too much. On the brown bone, I applied W.O.S. from the Naked Basics. And that's all the eyeshadow~!
I lined my upper lash line in a cat eye shape using my Kat Von D. Inked it Liner in Trooper. I lined my lower lash line with my Stila Smudge Stick in Halfmoon.
For lashes, I applied my Elf Mascara Primer on both top and bottom lashes and let that dry. Then I applied Maybelline The Rocket Mascara to my upper lashes and then Covergirl Clump Crusher to my lower lashes.
On my lips, I applied Rimmel's Let's Get Naked Lipstick, which is a natural pink color. Over top I applied my MUA Lip Stain in Rose. And that's the makeup~~!!
Now for my outfit~! I took tons of photographs at my Prom, and I'll share this one with you guy~!

Fanatics MLB Outfit Challenge~!
Hey Guys~!
Today I'll be talking about Fanatics, which specializes in sports merchandise. They carry merchandise for a variety of sports teams, and the way their site is organized makes it easy to find exactly what your looking for in a style that fits your own. They asked for me to take a hat from Major League Baseball to create an outfit, {click here to view their site.} As a person who isn't super into sports, but enjoys piecing together an outfit, I had to accept this challenge. I'm really excited to share this outfit with you guys. So let's start~~!

I'm really excited to share this outfit with you guys. So let's start~~!
The outfit I put together uses a snap-back hat with the logo of the Baltimore Orioles~!! I chose this hat because in the summer I really like wearing snap-back hats. With summer soon approaching, I thought that my outfit would be something I'd wear in warmer weather. Also I love the color orange, and the hat has orange detailing.
I am in love with this shirt~! Honestly I saw this shirt before choosing my hat, and I just think it ties in the theme of the orioles, with the bird pattern, and with the orange accents, perfectly. I really want to go buy this shirt, and it absolutely fits my style of patterns on everything~! Seriously I love any kind of pattern on any type of clothing item.
I decided on shorts for this look, because I didn't want it to be super dressy, but a skirt would look nice with this too. I like that they aren't distressed, since I think it would have been too much detail for the outfit. Also I like that they are high waisted, cause I would definitely tuck the shirt into them.
For shoes, I wanted them to be cute as well as comfortable, since no one likes blisters or ugly sandals. I chose these flats cause of the interesting cut outs around the toes. I thought they looked super unique and that they added something interesting to the ensemble without being too much.
Continuing on with the bird theme, I thought this necklace would look really cool. This gold feather necklace wouldn't be a statement piece, and instead would be very dainty. With warm toned colors, like orange, I think gold jewelry looks best, so that's why I chose this necklace.
The most important part about an outfit, in my opinion, is a purse. When I go out, I like my purse to match my outfit. This simple cross body bag with the stud detailing, I think compliments the look perfectly. The gold studding ties in with the necklace and the black goes with the overall color scheme.
I hope you all enjoyed my outfit~! I had a really fun time piecing it together and sharing my process with you guys. Tell me your favorite fashion or accessory piece in the comments below, I'd love to hear your opinions too. Thank you guys so much for reading and I'll see you at my next post.

ToraDora Inspired O.O.T.D.~!
Hey Guys~!
I don't think I've ever talked about ToraDora before in my favorites posts. So to sum it up quickly it's one of my all time favorite anime.
The main character Taiga is one of my favorite female characters, so I decided to come up with an outfit inspired by the school uniform she wears.

Get Ready With Me {Thanksgiving Edition}~!
Hey Guys~!
Tonight I'm going to a holiday/Thanksgiving party, so I'll be showing you guys how I'm getting ready.
I've already taken a shower and washed my face, so now it's Makeup Time~!
For my base I used the Clean and Clear Hydrating Gel Moisturizer all over my face. Then a put on some lip balm to moisturize my lips.
Now for the actual makeup part. First I applied my Covergirl + Olay Eye Rehab in 320 Fair/Light. Next I used my Skin79 Super+ B.B. Cream and I applied it with my hands so it absorbs better into the skin. To set everything I used the L'Oreal True Match powder in the shade N1 Soft Ivory.
For the eyes I started with my ELF eyelid Primer in Sheer and applied it all over my lids. Then I lightly filled in my brows using the Milani Brow Fix Brow Kit.
For my eyeshadow I'm using colors for the Urban Decay Naked Palette. First I applied the color Half Baked, a shimmery gold, all over my lids. Next taking a blending brush and the color Dark Horse, a dark brown with flecks of gold, apply it into the crease and blend it into the gold. With a small angled brush and the color Half Baked, blend it along the lower lash line. Then with the same brush apply Dark Horse on the outer lower lash line. Lastly I used the color Virgin, a shimmery highlight color, on the inner corner and brow bone.
Then using my Rimmel Scandaleyes liner in #1 Black, I applied it to my tight line, upper lash line and lower lash line. And now I curl my lashes and apply mascara. I used the Maybelline Mega Plush and then Maybelline The Rocket on top of it.
For my cheeks I used Benefit's Box Powder in Dandelion and dusted it over my cheeks.
I applied another layer of lip balm before my lip stick. The lip color I used was Revlon Super Lustrious in #616 Wink for Pink.
For my hair I used the Not my Mother's Kinky Moves Hair Cream to scrunch my hair and created curls and volume.
For my nails I decided to wear this set of imPRESS nails called Casting Call. The color is a deep burgundy color, which I thought would look great for the fall/winter. For my toes, I painted them in Sally Hansen's Pat on Black and it's a deep purple color. This is the old packaging so I don't know if the color exists anymore.
Now time for the outfit~!
