Today I'll be showing you how to create this vampire makeup. It's super easy and great for Halloween, so let's start~!
Here's what I used for products. . .
Skin79 Super+ B.B. Cream
White Face Makeup (forgot to put it in the picture)
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder
Milani Brow Fix Brow Kit
ELF Eyelid Primer
Urban Decay Naked Palette
Stila Smudge Stick Liner
ELF Waterproof Eyeliner Pen
Maybelline The Rocket Mascara
Maybelline Super Stay 10 Hour Stain Gloss
First I mixed some B.B. Cream with some white cream makeup. This will add a sickly kind of look to your skin and lighten your complexion. Don't add too much white, we want the color just to be lighter than your natural skin tone. If you don't have white cream makeup, apply a foundation that is a shade or two lighter than your skin tone. Also apply the mix over your lips as a base for the lip stain we'll be apply later. I skipped concealer since this hungry vampire can't sleep, but if you need extra coverage build the B.B. Cream and white makeup mixture and use it on any imperfections except for your dark circles. Set everything with a translucent powder and it should look something like this. . .
I look miserable in this picture -.-" |
Using my eyelid primer, I just primed my eyes which will help my eye shadow last longer, prevent creasing, and make the colors brighter. Then I used the eye shadow 'Toasted', a metallic rusty rose, from my Naked Palette. I applied it all of the lid with my finger. In the crease I used the color 'Hustle', a berry toned brown, and blended it focusing the color on the outer crease and blending towards the inner eye corner. To darken the look, I used the shadow 'Creep', a shimmery black, on the outer V and blended it in. With a small angled brush I lined my lower lash line using the color 'Hustle' to create a smokey eye affect. Lastly I used the color 'Virgin', a pale pink, as a highlight on the inner eye corner and on the brow bone.
With a dark grey, almost black, eyeliner line both your tight line and water line to make your eyes seem piercing. This part is optional: line the upper lash line with a liquid liner to add more definition to your eyes. Curl your lashes and apply a volumizing mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
And that's it, we're done~!
I hope you guys enjoyed this haunting vampire look. I know I probably could've made this tutorial better and clearer by making a video, but my video camera isn't working (╯︵╰,) Comment if you have any ideas for future makeup tutorials. See you guys soon xo
You look a bit like Bella from the Twilight series! :D
ReplyDeleteI think this look is cute, but you're right about the fake blood - it would really add a special-effects vibe to it. ^u^
I wasn't trying to, but oh well xD
DeleteI wish I had fake blood but I forgot to get it at CVS
