Too Faced Star Dust by Vegas Nay Palette Review~!

Hey Guys~!

I have arrived in China~!! I am currently in Shanghai, and I love the city. After posting my Ulta haul a few months ago, a lot of you were interested in seeing me review my newest palette, Start Dust from Too Faced. It is a collaboration that Too Faced did with Vegas Nay, and once I saw the colors I knew I had to check it out. Today I'll be reviewing this palette for you all, not the other pieces in the kit. So let's start~~!

The packaging is quite elaborate. It starts with this box.  When you open it, there are pictures inside.  In one side of the box is the palette and on the other side is a collection of samples. The samples include a Shadow Insurance, a Better Than Sex Mascara, and a glitter pigment. Also there are some card describing looks that can be created with this palette.

The palette itself comes with twelve eyeshadows, varying is color and finish. There are neutrals and bold colorful shades. There are some mattes, but mostly shimmery or glittery shadows.

Here are swatches of all of the colors~!

Chandelier - Matte Ivory
Millennial - Matte Warm Toned Tan
Girl's Night - Matte Warm Toned Brown

#Selfie - Shimmey Champagne
Showgirl - Shimmery Copper
Jackpot - Shimmery Bronze

Pink Pearl - Shimmey Pink
The Strip - Duo Chrome Lilac
Follow Me - Matte Purple

Double Tap - Matte Maroon
Golden Nugget - Shimmery Gold
Sin City - Matte Black

Like other Too Faced palettes I've tried, all of these shadows are super pigmented. I didn't use primer for these swatches, so you guys can really see how amazing they are. The texture is super smooth and they apply evenly.

Because there is such a variety in colors, I've been able to create tons of different looks. With every look, I've been fully satisfied with the lasting power of all of the shadows, no matter where or when I wear this palette, the looks I do with it stays on.

This palette is only available in Ulta stores and on Ulta's website. It costs $45, which is less than the Urban Decay Naked palettes, but a little more than the Lorac Pro palettes. I do think it is worth it since the palette is amazing, and there is a good amount of samples in the kit.

I completely recommend this palette. It would make a great gift for a friend who likes makeup, or is just starting out. Or it would make a great gift if you wanted to treat yourself to a high quality palette that isn't too pricey. The shadows are beautiful and can make any look. It has been my favorite palette and I love it.

I hope you guys enjoyed today's palette review~! I love hearing from you guys, so tell me if you have tried this palette out, or any Too Faced palettes, and let me know your opinions on them. Thank you guys so much for reading and I'll see you at my next post.
